Cecile Tellier is a romance author with a gift for chaos and sarcasm. Cecile holds Master's degrees in Special Education as well as Criminal Justice: Law. She lives in upstate NY with her husband and two children and got her start in writing as early as high school. Her other talents include roller derby, stand-up comedy, boudoir photography, and overall snark captain. Cecile is also a proud pansexual member of the LGBTQIA+ community fighting for health equity in her day career.
